3. Return Courier Service: If you decide to return a product, a nominal charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable for the return courier service. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be credited to your UPI account within 4-5 working days.
5. Intact Product and Packaging: To ensure a smooth return process, it is important that both the product and its original packaging are intact. In case of any damage or missing parts, additional charges may be applied.

3. Return Pickup and New Product Shipment: Once your return pickup is scheduled and the product is picked up, we will process your exchange. Within 24 working hours of the pickup, we will ship the new product to your specified address.
4. Difference in Amount: If there is any price difference between the exchanged product and the original one, the additional charges will be applied. Our customer care team will inform you about any such charges and provide you with the payment details.
